FLIR is one stock to watch today. They've been awarded a $20,000,000 contract. It's probably too late to buy it, but I'll watch it for any dips.

DHB has been awarded more contracts and is up in pre-market, but I wouldn't waste my time with it, unless the CEO resigns.

Sold MFLX at $17.90 for a small profit. I'll look to get back in at a lower price.
