Need Help on Mr. Market picks GNWR and GAN

I'm doing research on Mr. Markets picks and have the data on all but 2, GNWR purchased 1/3/02 and GAN purchased 4/9/02 . My information is that GNWR was changed to GWR and GAN changed to GAP.L , but the historical prices don't match up with MM's purchase price even allowing for splits. I've got interesting data on the effects of stops had Mr.Mkt. used them. Also interesting facts on what happened after some were sold for 15%+. Will post information after the mystery of GNWR and GAN is solved. Thanks for any help you can give.

I did an analysis of the below listed MM purchases about a year ago. I posted the results on the old board. If you would like the results, I would be happy to forward the excel worksheet to you. Just let me know.

        Thanks mimo 100,
I just needed to know if GAN 4/9/02 would have been stopped out with a 8% loss prior to 5/1/02 , but I don't think it dropped.

p.s. how's that neighbor lady of yours , can't keep her out of my mind

          billyjoe,

GAN was purchased on 4/9/2002 at 56.20 and sold on 5/1/2002 for 65.09.
The lowest price between those two days was 55.85 on the day of purchase.
I analysed the action of many MM purchases from 2001 thru 2003, and therefore I have the highs and lows of these securities.

My neighbor is fantastic. She still has to call me when she needs someone
to get into tight places, much to my pleasure. Hopefully I will gain
her complete friendship before she has her reduction operation next spring.
