I think that with the new rules, we need to add a 2% transaction fee on
any transaction. I.e., if you are up 5%, you are really up only 4.9 % and if you closeout you deduct another 2% of the gain. And if you go back in it is another 2% etc.

When spike ran a the daytrading contest we had a 0.05% penality (Right Spike?).... This week we'll let it slide... no penality.... Everyone has the same opertunity to make two trades.

Do you have the time and sales data to cross reference against the time of the post or does everyone just get the opening price regardless of the time they posted their play. It would make a big difference wouldn't it?

sure would. If I'd get the open regardless of the time of day, I'd wait until about 30 minutes before the close and just pick one of the big gainers of the day, then immediatly close that position and take another position for the rest of the week.

I have one minute intravals.... So for example: When Mimo100 actually posted he was selling BNT it was 3:47pm..... My data shows the low transaction at 15:47pm (3:47pm) was $17.81 so he's entered as selling BNT @ 17.81 (using my Ameritrade intraday streamer).... Do you show different data?

If you post premarket the "opening" price is used.

I agree that they "suck" but the light volume on this one might have it difficult to trade in real life... Average volume is only around 1,000 shares dude. Please keep the volume in mind with future picks.
