The whole portfolio up 3.37%! Amaaazing! The first win for the POTW against my Mechanical fund (+.47%). I tried SNDK again to keep the average down, but it only gained me last place, because of the HUGE picks of greb and web. Sooo: MF - POTW: 2 - 1. Congratulations.
Next pick, RHAT long (always long). It is in the Mechanical fund (up 2.4% in 3 weeks) and in my own portfolio: up almost 19% in 7 weeks.

You're sitting in 3rd place on the highest % list right now. With the semiconductor sector (SMH) the highest % mover this past week MOT might just be a great play. It's one of the leaders and should continue to trend up this week. Dec. 15 is coming up fast. But you are in the drivers seat so you can't argue with success. Throw your dart and good luck. You might be getting a call from a few of the other players looking to borrow a couple of your darts.THE SKIRACER'S EDGE: MAKE THE EDGE IN YOUR FAVOR

Early to the Dance Pick--ET
Was 1 week early in my CMTL pick several weeks ago. Think I was also early on LEND and was thinking of picking it again this week. However, I like the MACD on ET and am going with ET this week. Guess we'll see Friday if I'm premature again.

lye thanks for all the accolades but your only as good as the next pick and I just came In from shoveling snow and to tired to throw darts at this time, so think I'll crack open a few cold ones and watch the BILLS BEAT Miami. SKI would like to play MOT but the dart has to hit It.Ray Long

Ski,
I might have taken HOM if you didn't get it first. Those low priced stocks are funny. The volatility makes it nearly impossible to stick to a 7-8% stop on even the potentially great ones. The transaction fees could break you. A guess would be 75% of any portfolio of under $10.00 stocks would be taken out with a 7% stop within 5 trading days.
With SHLD they better have a good earnings report or watch out. I see more "associates" than customers in Sears and they just demolished the local K-Mart with, ironically, Target building on the site.

Lye,
Grebnet and RL both have a history of making monster picks. In the March Madness contest, back in '04, Greb's PRFT went up 51.5% in 13 days, while Ray's MPP up 32.8%, UWN up 28.8%, and TASR up 37.7% in the same 13 day time span. Unfortunately Ray developed tendonitis in the throwing arm but it's almost healed now so watch out! I told Ray to spend some of his stock winnings on ointments ,but he wanted to reinvest in new boards, darts, hot wings, and Molson's.
