    Century City

I remember Century City. My wife was working at an insurance company there before we got married. I think the name of the street was Avenue of the Stars. (I always hated that name.) Years later I worked on a remodel of a condo in a high rise building there. First time I was ever forced to work with those dang sheet metal studs.

Well, if this Monkey baby who bought ALDR at $16.03 had held it until yesterday's close, I'd be winning with a 52.33% gain for the week. DOH!

I ain't crazy about those things either. I've got a pile of em (6" x 12' long) a fella gave me. We're remodeling a commercial building I own. My manager opted to use wood instead of the metal studs. Says the material savings would be more than eaten up my labor costs, I agreed. But he's just not used to working with them. I'm sure those fellas who are, can really fly.

LOL ... It wouldn't make a good avatar, of course, because it would be too small to recognize.

Well it looks like I pulled myself out of the hole with that short play and managed to end up with a mildly respectable 1.49% gain. Whew!

That is T'pol. You know the story about the Queen of Sheba traveling from afar to hear the wisdom of Solomon? Well, one day when the Enterprise was in the vicinity of our planet, T'pol invited me aboard so I could entertain her with my logic. After about three hours I went to leave, and she said, "No. Please. You must tell me more." It was at that moment that another member of the crew snapped that photo.

Just a reminder that is really isn't cool to be a Vulcan. Here are a couple of facts to remember (just click the link). And if you still want one, well, just hit the button on the right.
