I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. OK...I studied the rules...No BB OTC stocks...So I found a cheap one that is not a Bulletin Board...Put me in QBID long at the open on Monday Rob...IIC
I think rule #3 needs further clarification. I'm pretty sure the intent is to exclude stocks traded on the pinks as well- maybe a rewording is in order, such as: "Only stocks traded on these major exchanges: NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX may be picked."
Otherwise, QBID is a pretty safe play- considering a stock can't really trade below 0.0001. Of course if it opens on an uptick, you're screwed.
Spike and Ski,
Talk about speculation. Other than it's chart I don't see much going for VLTS. There are about 300 other companies in the same field and I'm sure they're all working on a home run cure for some ailment. If they hit it, they'll be successful, if not, your money will be sitting in a pit when it could be put to better use. Just my opinion.

Billyjoe,
Good to see you're back an operational again. All of this stuff is speculation. Only when you narrow down the r/r is the edge in your favor. I wish I had captured the article that came across the Briefing.com newswire last Monday morning. It's what really caught my attention an probably everyone else that morning because it spiked up from $2.99 that morning an I didn't chase it but waited for what I thought was a decent entry. I thought $3.26 was a good bottom for the week and took the plunge. They have a decent drug in the pipeline that will bring in the big bucks from sales and licensing.

Wait a minute!!!...I'm trying to play by the rules to win...You can't change the rules just because I found a loophole...Life ain't fair...Is it???...Doug(IIC)
PS...I tried to buy 5,000,000 shs of QBID at one time after I read some joker's pump on my my old YHOO CanslimStockPicks Group...I rarely check out the hypesters and P/D'ers...But for some reason I did that time and I put in an online order...But it said MUST CALL to place order...&^$#$%^...I didn't bother...It went up to almost 2 cents a few weeks later...(^#@##$^%

Very funny Doug.... You can't play QBID. My database says it's an OTCBB issue.
btw.... How do you even know about QBID dude? SHEESH!
Last week, the POTW was first, the POTW+ second, and my Mechanical fund last.
This week, my fund is first, the POTW second, and the POTW+ last. Rankings in points:
POTW: 6
MF: 4
POTW+: 2
Percentage gains since 4-1 (start of the POTW+; SPY added):
MF: 5.6%
POTW: 4.9%
SPY: 0.7%
POTW+: -0.6%
The K factor isn't very impressive right now. Last week the list of POTW+ contributors was changed. Thank you Jiesen! The current line up is Lye, Jim S., Gator, Gary, Jiesen, Karel, TFred, Pete H., Spike, and IIC. They will also play this week.
Regards,
Karel

According to http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=QBID.PK the .PK at the end of the symbol makes it a Pink Sheets stock, and no way is it allowed. You know better 'nat, Doug.
Lyehopper, where do you get that name Doug-E-Fresh anyway? What's it mean?

Lye,
Could that beautiful wife of his be just a front? You know those west coasters are very liberal and like to get the best out of both sides of the coin.
You had better bring Webs in on this one.
