I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Register for free and you'll be able to post messages on this forum and also receive emails when $$$ MR. MARKET $$$ makes his own trades. ($$$MR. MARKET$$$ is a proprietary investor and does not provide individual financial advice. The stocks mentioned on this forum do not represent individual buy or sell recommendations and should not be viewed as such. Individual investors should consider speaking with a professional investment adviser before making any investment decisions.)

"As far as I'm concerned".... If I lose my "prowNess" this week, it's Skiracer's fault.... Because I really wanted to be in ca$h.
I know. I sold all my shares this morning on that small spike up at the open. I hate the stock, wouldn't own it if you gave me the money to buy it, think is stinks, would never play it in the POTW if it was the last stock on the planet, and you know you should never let anyone else influence your gut feelings about what you want to do. What are you nuts listening to me a fool like me. It serves you right. We both knew you should have stayed in CA$H like you wanted to. You should have listened to Peanuts in the first place. Thank God you took it instead of me. Look at AOB, I'm up .08 from the open. Boy that was close.

I was actually rooting for you to win. I still own the stock and if you win the POTW I win the money. Today just looks like one of those days. I'm still in the green with the trade but have given back .21 on the 10000 shares I own. You know you really love us NJ Yankees.
For the first day of the week, we have the talent competition. The judges were really pressed to make a clear winner for the round, but peanuts takes this round with a crafty day trade in HRT, then quickly going with a beat-down stock that looks like it might have something left in it. Websman comes in a close second by displaying some excellent skills at picking low priced stocks, and Karel rounds out the competition with a steady hand and cool head when it comes to lettin-em-ride.
Lyehopper received negative points for stealing his idea from another contestent, and not practicing first. The judges were informed that there are some back stage antics going on, and they plan to do nothing about it.
Upcoming events are as follows: Wednesday: Interview Thursday: Evening Wear Friday: Swimsuit
1= long
-1= short closed positions: 1: peanuts - long HRT opening price Tuesday - sold @ $28.7899 Tuesday, 6.7479% gain applied to players score
GOLD: peanuts 6.8579% SILVER: Websman 6.44% BRONZE: Karel 6.08%

I would hang in there Lye. On the weekly chart this next wave or move up is either a 3rd wave or a 5th wave up and both are strong upward moves. And on the daily it looks like it could be just finishing a c wave down and a decent spike up could be right around the corner. One of Spike's c wave spikes. But just to show that I'm a sport I'll trade positions with you right now if you want to. It's no big deal to me because I still like the stock to make a move to 3 or 4 and certainly above 2 and I do still own it. So it's your call if you want to switch picks.
Webs, You're up .15 on your play. Are you saying you didn't know or are you looking for affirmation or praise of some type for that fifteen cents. Remember tomorrow could be a different day altogether. Be careful of counting your cash to much while you're still at the table. Boy you can tell that Peanuts is part of the VTP inner circle.
