Yeah, I think PACT was in bed snorin' real hard and his wife nudged it and it woke up for a second; but it's fallen back into a coma today. lol

Seriously though, yesterday was a channel short (as is today), and I'm expecting any strength like yesterday's to be a shorting opportunity.

There is a very simple reason that PACT hasn't fallen any faster: the gov't says that there has to be an uptick before someone can sell shares short. And there aren't very many that are willing to pay more for this stock at this time.
