Thanks for not inviting me to the Victory Party...Guess it was only for the "Elite" 5

Just think...If we had bought Ray's pick every week with an avg. gain over 50 weeks of 3.49% compounded we would have made 455%

        Ray,
Are you getting a big head or just adopting the vulcan philosophy? Either way it seems to work. You can't be the greatest, for I am the greatest! Your victories are in the past, mine , in the future. Defeat is the training ground for success and I'm getting lots of training.

Congrats on another fine win, Webs.

And HUGE congrats to Ray for taking out the 2005 title for best average. That is truly remarkable and your hugeness is now written into history!

Sowers 2nd! Nice dude. And Greb 3rd no surprize! Webs 4th and clear evidence that vulcanization has its benefits.

I'm shocked at a) the amount of red averages and b) the fact that I'm not one of them lol Obviously those big % weeks helped! Phew!

              Lye,

I'll give Adam first dibs on LKQX. If he doesn't want it, I'll take it long please, based on that 'c' entry I posted about in my thread.

              Good luck folks.

Congrats on being the big winner for 2005 RL!

This contest has indicated that low priced stocks are a great way to make big money nowdays. My biggest gains have been on stocks that started out under $10.

Yeah, but we could have made more by shorting Lye's picks. (Don't mean to pick on you Lye, as I know you're not in last, but I think M. Mouse may have been tagged with a 5% penalty)

So why don't we start a subscription service by telling people how much they could have made on our players' picks? That's a sure moneymaker right there.

Anyway, congrats RL on the spectacular bullseyes. Keep it up!

                      • Lye, I'll take BRY long for the upcoming week of 1/16/06.

I think that oil prices will be in turmoil for at least the next several days.

Ok, I need to find a pick. I meant to work on it this morning, but I had a show to play last night, which kept me up late. It was a good show. We packed the house...and helped raise money for "Relay for Life".

Everything was great until I woke up with a serious sinus headache...now I'm all doped up on cold medicine. If the medicine doesn't work, I'm breaking out the apple brandy.

I do feel a better, so now I'm going to try to find a new winner for the week...
