I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Register for free and you'll be able to post messages on this forum and also receive emails when $$$ MR. MARKET $$$ makes his own trades. ($$$MR. MARKET$$$ is a proprietary investor and does not provide individual financial advice. Doug/Lye,
Yes, I could do a Stocklemon/Cram(m)er thread , paraphrasing some of Cramer's rants and Stocklemon's lemons.

That would be cool BillyJoe.... I don't get to watch Crammmmmmer very often and I would be interested in seeing how the stocks he mentions react the day after....
Lye,
At least you can get some entertainment value from Cram . Probably wouldn't have daily news from Stocklemon. A few months ago there was a site that tracked every stock Cram mentioned. booyahboy.com apparently has been shut down.
billyjoe
I found it ! booyahboyaudit.com since 7/28/05 , 412 winners , 416 losers , 3.71% gain. He's got a 100% loser in MXO , recommended 2/14/06 , that is not easy to do.
Rob,
Would I be winning this thing if you had let me short PARL?
I thought so.
As a matter of fact, yes, you would have been on top with a score of 18.19%. I should like to point out, however, that I did not prevent you from shorting PARL. The POTW ship sails each week at the close of the first trading day, so all entries must be posted no later than 3:59 p.m. on that day.
