Ski, I find the following two quotes a little confusing, but unless you tell me otherwise, I'm assuming you are still long HSOA. Come 9:30 it'll be too late to change it if that's what you intended to do.
And rightly so. Sorry about that. At first I was going with Doug's challenge but I've decided to forget about that as I'm out of HSOA right now. Please disregard those two previous quotes about HSOA.
Put me in TRAD - long to start with please. I'm pretty sure that I will be taking a position in it this morning. Thanx. It was your idea but does it make seeing the picks easier if done in the bright blue? I think they stand out much better. It was a good idea.THE SKIRACER'S EDGE: MAKE THE EDGE IN YOUR FAVOR

I always appreciate it when the picks are formatted in such a way as to be more easily spotted, whether that be by using bold, italic, underlne, larger size, or a different color--or any combination. (The combinations are easiest.)Originally posted by skiracer View Post. . . does it make seeing the picks easier if done in the bright blue?
However I don't want to create any rules about formatting picks--at least not now. I've never suggested the use of the teal-colored arrow (
) for picks, 'cause I like to use that icon on many of my posts anyway, whether or not they have anything to do with the POTW. The arrow thing was Lyehopper's idea. Not saying it's a bad idea either, just that for now I'd prefer not to create any particular formatting rules for picks. At the same time though, I would like to reiterate that I do find it easier when picks are highlighted in some way.

Billyjoe, in User CP, select Edit Options in the left-hand column, then scroll all the way to the bottom and from the drop-down menu select Enhanced Interface (WYSIWYG), and save your options. This gives you an editing box with all kinds of formatting tools.Originally posted by billyjoe View PostHow do you get blue color or larger letters?—Rob

Very nice children. Now we're going to play with these colored crayons. I want you each to print as straight up and down and within the lines this sentence. "I love the POTW and the stock markets" Any color you want kids.THE SKIRACER'S EDGE: MAKE THE EDGE IN YOUR FAVOR
