Nice buy

hey there newborn...i am alright...no i didnt buy sndk yet....i dont think its quite the right time yet....however, i did buy a small amount (100 shares) of CMTL at 39.91 the other day...pulled back today but i believe it was a healthy pullback as volume was lower than the other day and i believe its still holding well...any comments would be great

NB My Stock Signal Pro computer program gave a BUY for CPL Wed close was 33.11.....It said to go LONG at 32.65 and place a stop at 31.20.....do you see anything for this stock? It said of course to buy on the pullback! Thank You !

Here's a LYE-look at CPL. I think you are good to go with this one. Long at $32.65 looks right to me. In fact today you had a nice low volume pullback to allow you to enter cheaply. I like this one. You should have clear sailing to $35, where you have a potential double top. I think I'd be looking at taking profits there, then buying the pullback if I still liked this stock. Hey, $2.50 before Christmas isn't too bad.

hey bud...you sold SWN wayyyyy to quickly....my candlestick charts have SWN formed a bullish engulfing on friday and i believe the MACD and rsi indicators confirm a new uptrend forming and we should have a nice run.

Ninner, Old buddy, Old Pal:
SWN is going to go higher. I do not doubt it. BUT: I took profits while I had them. And then I also knew I was going to be away from the computer during trading hours all week long. This week I am back!

One thing that troubles me is that SWN has moved higher these past two days on lower volume. Can't read too much bullish into that. Here are two LYE-Links, one for daily, one for weekly. The daily shows a temporary top, the weekly demonstrates the effective support and resistance lines. SWN will have to make a big bull move to bust the current resistance lines. There will be time to enter when it does. If we buy support, sell resistance, we'll make money.

Ninner: note this VERY CAREFULLY: if--if SWN pulls back to $34-35, buy all you can get. Because she will bounce up again and challenge resistance at $38. If she breaks the neckline at $38, you have an inverted shoulder~head~shoulder that targets $45 MINIMUM. So I'd be watching the action closely. And even if she does bust the neck at $38, she'll retest the $38 line before she hits $45. But it ought to be a nice ride for you (and hopefully, me).

yah you are right bud there is nothing wrong with taking profits..you were probably smart to do so.....if it doesnt break 38 ...i may sell and rebuy again when it drops to support. The last 2 days on lower volume are worrisome however, they were on lackluster days for the market overall due to thanksgiving. Im speculating this week volume will be better. I just learned that SWN effective nov 30 will be added to some MSCI Midcap 450 index so that more buying power may roll into SWN at some point. So i am looking for a good volatile stock to put my money into if SWN cant break resistance this time.

I am still mad at myself for not continuing to watch QSII...I was watching it then i got distracted and stopped and next thing i know it climbed 20 odd points...i hope someone from here go in that action....but i will not that mistake again!!!
