    Pete:
FNGP--had a nice breakout yesterday; if she clears $2.80 could run up to $4.

ADDL--I think she runs up to $2.00. Nice bull flag.

All the China stocks moved up strongly yesterday. Look at a chart on AOB. HOT. COGO bounced nicely, too.

Dems seized the house, and may seize the Senate. HAL is a defense contractor. Not likely HAL will move up right away. The Dems love to cut defense. Short seems better play on chart and fundamentally for now.

And good morning to Mr. Pete Hansen. Let's see, CHCG weekly:
Current support levels are: $3.17 and $2.37.
    Current price: $3.45
    Current resistance: $3.90, $4.51, $6.70

If you are not in it yet, I'd say I would want to enter either at support $3.17, or on the breakout above the weekly triangle. Looking at the daily, it has broken out already. Nice looking chart.

    Pete:
MCZ on the weekly looks like a smallish cup with handle breakout, and retest. Question: is the retest a retest, or is it a double top? We won't know until MCZ breaks out above the $.49 level. The daily doesn't look nearly so good. It suggests a failure and a return to $.42. You realize that this is officially a bearish stock, being under its 10, 50, and 200 day averages. Lots of danger here. [Note: I do realize that the daily trumps a weekly chart. But MCZ really needs to bust the $.49 level to make me want to put on the bull horns].

How to play it? Buy the $.42 support, or recognize (if you take it here) that MCZ may return to $.42. That $.42 support is strong, so it should hold if the CEO didn't embezzle all the cash the company could borrow

Okay. Like I said, I'd be looking for that pullback to retest the gap. An entry there with a protective stop would be good (imho). One thing you know: she's going to retest the gap support. MA sports a nice option chain, too, so you can make a play that way also.

Here is a chart with trigger point on BA it did trigger today and I did not take it. The red line is the sector action and seems to be in a little trouble. I still like commodity stocks on the long side. Even though I got kicked out of BTU. I still like it and also ACI and a copper stock PCU over yesterdays fake out. Many oil related issues are showing possible C/W/H's and in pullback mode. If the market does lose ground I still feel commodity stocks might trade independent of the broader market. We shall see!

    Runner,
    Any opinions on VLO?

    Runner,
First, great, great call on FMD. You really know how to scan and pick stocks!

BA:if she busts the $79 level, I am looking for $73. What do you say? And how about the sector? Weakening? I really expect the entire market to weaken even more than it has these last five days.
