        NEW born,

I keep hearing the term "fuzzy C". Do you think you could explain to me what this means?
I googled it and found nothing related to stocks.

Your wisdom would be much appreciated.

What do you think of the possibility that SWHC is forming the very tippy-top of its right shoulder? This is almost like bottom fishing, but the opposite mindset...

Spike coined the phrase "fuzzy" for any setup, and this one is in the Elliot Wave count that comes after the 5th wave up terminates and a corrective 3 wave count, the a, b, and c wave takes place that is a little off from the true definition of what you might be talking about. After the completion of the c wave down it's a good time to look for a spike up. Fuzzy is only the terminolgy for something which is not altogether exactly like the true definition of the term or phrase but close enough to use in the same manner if it works for you. So it's a little off from the true definition but still fits. In this case you would need to know alot more about Elliot Wave counts and how you go about counting them within a chart pattern.

                Peanuts,

Fine spotting. I like this kind of pattern anticipation/interpretation. I'd chart it this way:

                  Hi Gwhiz.
There's a page on my site with an intro to what a Fuzzy C/Fuzzy Counting is. I'll be adding some example charts soon. You can also do an advanced search at this site with the keywords "fuzzy C" and "spikefader", and make sure you specify that you want "posts" and not "threads", you'll get lots of individual posts with example charts.

A brief description is that I've simplified formal Elliott Wave Analysis, apply fuzzy logic/partial truth logic to the rules, and changed the rules to limit the correctives to 'c'. Price often moves fast away from a Fuzzy C. It's an edge.

                    Re: SWHC.

Peanuts, just posted a short setup at intraday pivot with r/r of 21. Early price action would have filled a short at the pivot nice numbers there Again, good spotting, and thanks for the heads up.

                          Runner,
I am going to be out of the office for two days, so I cannot answer right now.

XOM popped as expected. Oil is getting ready to set up short again. I haven't looked at the others. What is your take?

                            • Hello NB, been awhile anyway I’m looking at a past winning stock named Urban Outfitters Inc. Could it be possible that this guy is attempting to change character from a down trending stock?

I notice a 3-day bar chart in a possible weak up trend. Now having said this I wonder how this one would perform during a broader market P/B. URBN is surely not a leader in the group at this time. The sector has been in gear as of late. I was wondering if your chart reading has a possible target on this one to around 23.00. I’m thinking 17.00 needs to hold. URBAN has been in a very strong downtrend and so we also could be seeing a pullback in the direction on the longer-term trend. NB what are your comments on URBN?
