well from what i have heard and read.....day rates are going up for the offshore drillers due to lack of rigs....and usually an increase in day rates coincides with more orders for the machinary and equipment sector that hydl is in ...which will lead to more revenue.....im expecting HYDL to have large revenue increases in the second half......2 other good companies in this group are LUFK and CRR.

GRP:two views

Here's two looks at GRP. Again, the first is to teach:
Second one is my outlook:
Here's where a Runner chart would be most handy. My view is that GRP needs to bust that red resistance line at $27.20 to buy. Runner could then give you the targets. I am not so hot to trot over this stock as I am your driller. What does GRP do, anyway?

hey newborn....dont u think GRP FINISHING near the highs on friday is a positive for the stock....as well do u subscribe to IBD....one think i noticed is that its RS rating is just hitting new highs before the stock.....that according to WON is very postive for a stock.!!! I agree that there appears to be resistance at 27.28!~!!
cheers

I target GRP at 31.21 if it pops the 27.47 area. I see trigger long off Thursdays high off 26.81. Note the MSL @ 25.55 and higher highs and higher lows! One could also target the last high or 27.47 if it does not act right if it reaches. Volume will be key at this point

GRP probably is a good choice, but just doesn't seem as strong as HYDL. Further darkening my picture of GRP is the weak market. Personally, I am concerned about the lower volume we are seeing. An upward moving market on lower volume is setting itself up for a fall (IMHO).
But as always, I want to see you make the big bucks off of all your buys!

your right i think HYDL has more upside potential short term....i think u and runner are right that volume will be the key!!! Thats why if i dont think they are acting how i like them i get out before i am hurt. For GRP.....in the last 7 weeks....this last week was the second highest volume day....so it APPEARS VOLUME may be picking up....but APPEARANCEs can be very deceiving!!!!
cheer to both of you!!! Appreciate as always your comments!!!

Yeah. That's right. Bet it didn't make the MM dump, either.
