Conflicting Signals

I got a buy signal on BMHC today.

We have conflicting signals on BMHC. You say buy; Spike posted on the BMHC thread that it was a channel short midday today. (That's what my chart said, too). And she did fall like a rock for awhile. She did bounce back a little later in the afternoon, and finished almost exactly in the middle of today's action. This stock moves around--no question about it.

Ultimately I am bearish on the market at this time.

Now the nasty now and now:
I don't know exactly what to think about BMHC. But after studying this daily I have come to the conclusion that we did hit a bottom of some sort today. Yes, BMHC knocked its head against the bull line. You can see she's South of the border, and got caught trying to cross into bull territory.

Still, the fast STO called the last three major bottoms, so why not believe it this time around? And that red line, once violated, became resistance on the chart (I didn't mark it on the chart; you'll have to look and see for yourself). Once that resistance was overcome, again it calls the bottom. SOooooo-- I think we've seen the bottom today. Channel short becomes buy signal. What do you think? Spike, Runner, Ski, BillyJoe, Millionaire Friend, etc

Very good NB. Yes today may have put in a MSH, but it needs to be confirmed. No doubt the thing has been going nowhere as of late, but we shall see.

I believe BMHC has tested the lows of 88 or high 87's since the first big hurricane , has passed that test and won't be looking back for awhile. If it takes a 5% dip again we're in trouble and your million is gone.

My first winter in Monroe, I nearly froze. I have lived 9 years in SC, and I didn't even own a long sleeved shirt. That first winter we hit a three week stretch where the temp never got to zero degrees. You'd wake up in the morning and the forecast would be "its 28 below, and the temperature is going to drop all day to a low of minus 41." When the temp finally hit zero degrees, it felt like a real heat wave.
