Thanks to Skiracer for NJR. After 10 years it finally cracks $50. As ski would say "we could be looking at a split here". Have accumulated a ton of shares in retirement accounts. +65.33% and +70.97%

I like the DEVO system. It's free on Youtube and their best analyst is Boogie Boy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jadv...?v=jadvt7CbH1oOriginally posted by Ethan_Law[Post deleted]

Nice to know you did so well.

Agree with Ski. I've been asking that same question for 2+ years and the market keeps trending higher and higher. We all know the FED is keeping the market up. There's no way we can sustain it because the economy condition doesn't justify the market this high.

Cash is king...unless it becomes worthless, which it might after our government gets done with it.

Monday I will be selling both my open positions in HOV and TASR. Made tremendous profits in both trades. Not feeling good about the markets or the charts for both the INDU and the SPX. If you look at them both they are identical. Will be making a short play against both. Not decided which instruments to go with but definitely going short on the markets. I'm actually giving some serious thought to liquidating everything I have in my retirement accounts. I don't like the charts and I don't like anything about anything going on in our country at the present. Hold onto your hats people because in my opinion this is going to get seriously bad. There is no way this country can sustain it's current economic trend and spending. Have been watching the charts and they keep going up and I keep asking myself "based on what"

No, I didn't bail. I had the same feeling as you but wanted to know your take on it. I've made a nice chunk on this one stock. Thanks so much again!

My feelings haven't changed at all. That outfit that lowered their outlook on HOV is entitled to their opinion. People should realize that it is only their opinion and in my opinion they know about as much as you or I do. They have some guy sitting at a desk who watches the homebuilding sector and he reads HOV's financial report and comes up with a downgrade in his head changing it from a buy to a neutral. What does neutral mean. That they don't care or know what the stock is going to do? The press release took the wind out of the sails initially from what looked to be a very promising up day on high volume. As it turns out the stock did recoup by the end of the day to finish near where it closed the previous day so I wouldn't call that losing ground. I don't pay much attention to these so called financial gurus and neither do any sharp traders. I hope you didn't bail based on this press release. I'm still holding and still looking at $10 as doable over the intermediate term future. Maybe I should put out my own press release. Or even Phoenix now that he seems to favor it.
