    The Spring Break Top 5

Here are 5 that the robins will be going after:

    BMHC CMTL FORD HBP SEB

I will buy one of these on Monday or Tuesday, depending on when I have time to finish my write-up. Tell me which one you like and why....

    Mr. Market,

BMHC is one of my all time favorites. I've bought and sold it 4 times. My only concern is how much umph is left in it , but that's what they said about housing stocks 2 years ago. One site that I can't remember the name of now thinks it will hit 80 at least that's what they thought 3 weeks ago.

FORD was recently recommended by a newsletter I subscribed to, but it's already 22% beyond the recommended entry point..

I like Forward Industries. The chart, fundamentals and 6.2 mil float can make it posed for a huge forward (pun intended) move. On the other hand, small float makes it a very risky stock.

CMTL is extended from the pivot and might start correction anytime soon but overall looks like it will continue it's run-up in the long run.

BMHC is a construction-related stock that is affected by interest rate increases. Wouldn't risk buying it at this time. HBP looks similar.

SEB looks good considering Diversified companies are gaining strength since about fall of the last year. At $1105 per share it's a pure institutional play.

SEB of course! I just can't see Ernie passing up a pork chopper on Easter.

my favorites are SEB and FORD. SEB seems the least risky, and FORD will probably be the quickest 15%, but any hint of a slowdown could tank the stock for a while. But I still see it recovering faster than the rest of them. I am personally biased against CMTL, as I'm already too heavy into telecom.

BTW, what's going on with ARLP? You'd think they had another mine on fire, from the looks of it! We were at $80 just a few weeks ago... now look at it. I mean, the annual report wasn't THAT bad, was it?

Not really. %s are %s. And with IB your commission on the small number of shares you'd buy is a bonus. A penny a share baby

SEB currently a 50% retrace system long today by the way. Targeting 1238.

I'll make a case for HBP. Its volume is drying up, OBV rising, bouncing off its 4 dema, coming off a drop to its 50, and finally, on an uptrend going back to Oct 2004, when it signed a letter of intent to purchase Texas Wholesale Building Materials, Inc. of Dallas for $16.5 million in cash. It continues to expand its operations with a new store in MN. It is 121% of its 200 dma, which is not too extended and should have room to move up. It held up pretty well Tuesday and may be at a good buy point if it moves on volume in the next few days .

IMO this stock is situated to gain 15% in the next few weeks.
