  • SCHK Digital x-ray

SCHK is the leader in digital xray for the Dental industry, they are debt free, 37,000,000. in the bank and have consistant growth. This stock has been held down do to troubles with the SEC. The Judge had told both parties to either settle by June 18th or start discovery. Friday I recieved word that they had settled, yet I have not seen any news except for the document canceling their court dates. They will re apply to get back on the big boards right away and this stock should go up , Friday it was up .75 on light volume. Q report 6/10/05, revenue increase 37%, income increase 56% , industry growth rate =13.90% SCHK=37.70% growth and gross profit =71.66% . Schick has the best product and a wide open market with only 15% of existing Dentists who have changed to Digital. The last 4 new offices have built for new Dentists have all gone Digital Xray.Lastly this stock has gone up about $5 since Jan, Do your own DD

      Big news for (SCHK)

SCHK has gone up almost $6 since my post to the forum. They will be taken over by Sirona another Dental x-ray company, their products do not compete they enhance as a total equipment package. SCHK stock holders recieve a $2.50 per share dividend. Combined sales will be $500,000,000. with EPS around $1.50 -$2.00 . Most people seem to think the stock is headed to around $40.00, these are 2 great companies with a great future and world wide market. Good luck to all, BigDaddy

            SCHK update

SCHK will relist with the NASD as of Tuesday, the 20th. Price has moved up $2.50 since Thursday when news release hit.Look for price to move up around $35 until merge with Sirrona. $ 2.50 div. paid in March when the merge is final . Price should then move up into the $50-$60 range as EPS is to be $1.50 - $2.00, which puts its EPS on par with HOLX. This stock has everything needed to be a great winner, best product on the market for both companies, Global market and lots of growth.
