I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Here are my 5 favorite stocks from my most recent data dump. Take a look at them and tell me which ones you like and don't like. I'll buy one of these 5 tomorrow or the next day:
I think that MTH is the most undervalued from all these stocks. I knew about HANS and BMHC before they broke out but I'm not sure that they will stay at those levels without dipping down.
I like WLDA and think it has the best chance of not going down.
actually, the more I look at WLDA, the more I'm liking this one, too. Normally an airline would be the last stock I'd think about buying, but since they have managed to leave fuel costs out of the equation here, it makes it much more attractive to me.
The house stocks scare me a bit. Mostly on the idea many think a housing bubble is coming. Throw in about any bad news in that sector and a stampede would occur. I don't believe it is a bubble like techs in 2000 but if enough others do, I don't want any part of it.
