The Hot and Humid Top 5

It certainly is hot and humid outside but no more hot than my stock picking. Here are my 5 favorites from the Hot and Humid Data Dump. I will buy one of these tomorrow:

    BMHC ELOS HOV KBH MTH

Which one do YOU like, and why?

Motley Fool -- Interesting read regarding BMHC

Motley Fool reports that the Thurlow Growth Fund (THRGX) is closing to ALL investors, not just new investors. They're liquidating the fund because, apparently, they suck at making any money.

One of their top holding is BMHC (one of their rare good picks).

I wonder what impact this would have on the share price of BMHC? BMHC is hard to ignore, but I like KBH and HOV more.

** I like KBH the most.

      Happy investing,
      Dave

My opinion is worth no more than the price you paid for me to give it.

        Surprised?

Hi, I'm new to this forum--but have been following along for a while. So far, I'm pretty impressed.

Anyway, I was looking at MrMarket's Top 5 this morning... I've been following BMHC and HOV. They both look great. However, I was concerned that buying more than one would have me holding too much in the same sector. Was anyone surprised that other sectors didn't make the Top 5?

        Thanks,

        Evie

          To build or to beautify?

The housing bubble will not burst any time soon, more people are investing their money in real estate than in Wall Street, so IMO, here is the quick way to 15% gains. However, ELOS, makes all sorts of medical products for plastic surguery sp? & beautification products. IMO, this stock has the potiential to double sooner than any of the others but I think the fast $$ play is: MTH!!
99 percent of Politicians give the rest a bad name.

              Top Five

Does anyone currently own any of the Top 5?

If so, how are you doing?

Was originally going to purchase BMHC , but I was discouraged by the news disclosed by df21084 above. Used stock signal pro's signals with limit order of $38.90 and after purchase used their suggested stop order of $37.75

                    BMHC is my favorite.

Chart-wise, BMCH has the best and strongest money flow out of all of them!

And according to www.equitytrader.com, Home Supply Stores are the strongest group in the consumer cyclicals right now........and BMHC is the strongest stock out of that group!! I'll be buying this one myself some time in the next few days......

                          BMHC......Looks Good!

Just took a small position in BMHC at 79.48....and placed a 7% trailing stop.....Vector Vest says the stock is undervalued at $79.95, and SHOULD be valued at $142.48 Earnings growth is 35% and sales growth is 37%! Investors Business Daily gives it an overall rating of 99% or A+! It also ranks best in ALL group categories. That translates into a winner for me! Anybody with me on this one?

You entry is actually a really great price on a 30 min chart; well done as far as technical entry.

It's not quite ready for me yet....I'm going to go off an hourly chart, and it's got a bit more work to do for me. I'll post when I take it.
