    The Auggie Doggie Data Dump

Here is the latest data dump. There are a lot of terrific looking stocks in here and over 400 stocks actually made my screen (indicating that the overall market is really heating up). Here are the 200 I liked the best:

I still like FORD since your data dump a couple of months ago. Now it added new all-time highs to what it had to offer before.

      Missing in Action

      I noticed that AMLN didn't make your top 200 . . . .

CAT has more to give; so does GOOG. Actually, I think GooG is a good buy if she pulls back to $275.

Well, considering AMLN has never reported a profit, and is nowhere near its 52 week high, it doesn't surprise me at all. It may make the data dump in 4-5 years when it's trading in the $200 range on a $5 EPS, though.

It's called sarcasm: a sharply mocking or contemptuous remark, typically utilizing statements or implications pointedly opposite or irrelevant to the underlying purport.

Optimism: a tendency to expect the best possible outcome (like AMLN will be trading for $200 in 4-5 years).

Bad joke: the kind I make all the time. or depending upon your viewpoint.

            Hey Ernie ....

I notice that KBH isn't in the data dump. Is that because it wasn't towards the top of the list, or is it because you recently purchased it and therefore eliminated it as a contender?

            Thanks. You are H U G E !!!!!
            Happy investing,
            Dave

My opinion is worth no more than the price you paid for me to give it.

GOOG is right on its 50 DMA. It could well shoot up beginning Monday.

Hey, no worries, NBB. It's true my sarcasm detector is a tad defective, especially when reading text on a computer screen late at night.

It's also true I am being very optimistic to expect AMLN to deliver results like that, and know that it's more likely they will fail to live up to their promise and I'll lose my investment (but wouldn't it be nice if it worked out?!).

Any way you look at it, it's what investing is all about- risk, reward, and analysis. I'm sure glad we have a forum like this to throw ideas back and forth, no matter how confusing and flawed our theories may get. In the end we're all better for having thought about our investments, documented our ideas, and exchanged criticism with other like-minded, or even unlike-minded investors.

CAT but you've got to hurry as it is getting ready to go off after this little pullback last Friday.

Wow, look at the chart on SQM!!! This is what AMLN will look like in a few years, when they see their first Billion in revenues.

I'm liking AEOS quite a bit, it looks just like URBN:

only twice the value (double the book, and double the earnings!). URBN treated us well, why not AEOS?

                        BFAM looks good, too.

Very strong momentum, steady rise in both earnings and share price. I'm liking this one a lot! Child care is definitely here to stay...

By the way, where did BENGF.PK come from? All the SEC filings from this company seem to deal with delays in filing financial statements. Do you have the inside scoop on the past 2 years' earnings or something?

Ernie...took a look at your list...seems like there are many that are also on my day trade watch....except for the OTC...Actually, I'd say that is a good thing...but I will wait till you whittle it down, as I always do, before I do some serious DD...My point is though...Even though we have different styles...they probably mostly differ only in "time-frame"....Thanks, Doug(IIC)

It WAS in my 400 stock dump. I took out a lot of the repeaters when I culled it down to 200 in order to give some of the new guys a look. Plenty of fresh meat in there, with the S&P 500 at a 4 yr high.

These also look good to me:

                              CCJ
                              CCRT
                              CIB
                              CRI
                              FTK
                              GEHL

and EDAC.OB looks like a very good value here. I might just look into this one some more, whether it makes it to the top 5 or not.
