CPTV debut at #6 - another great IBD play?

CPTV debuted at #6 on the new IBD100 list. It looks like its really breaking out...and on volume.... Also, it had excellent earnings on Thursday in after hours...

So, with a score of 99,96 (and 97 overall), it has a chance to hit 99,99 - and if it does, it would become the NEW #1 on the IBD100 list as they always put the company with the higher alphabatized letter in front (CPTV is before FORD or GOOG ...).

So, how does the chartists see it? I think that it might run to the $19.50 level and then backoff. It should get pretty overbought around there...

I got in at under $18...

All advice appreciated (as it was given for FORD not long ago).

Here is a intra day peek at CPTV. I personally think the risk for entry at this time is high. Target plotted off structure low and first structure high. Monday should give better signal regarding the possible MSH on the daily chart. I will be hiding in the bushes awaiting a pull back....

Longer term look of the weekly chart. Appears that CPTV has no overhead resistance back down to 16.63 area.

Last candle definitely touching the top of the long channel line on the weekly. Had a nice run and would be better to exercise some caution and see if it pulls back some. That would provide a nice entry. Looks like a good play to continue up if you could get in after a decent pullback.

played CPTV today - now what?

I exited my position CPTV position today at 19.65 - before it crashed down to 18.80 and then ran back up... the RSI started to scare me when it hit about 83...

Volume was tremendous.... so my question is this.... is it now a quick short if it gets to the 19.60 - 19.80 again? I am thinking that it may go back down to the low $18's where I would cover that short and go long again for the next step up.

Also, this sucker has the potential of hitting IBD #1 if it starts closing above 20... so this could still run ways up (another 20% from here?)

          Again, advice appreciated!

Mysticky, If you can watch it through the day you might be able to execute your plan and ride it down a little. Here is a simple example of a possible D/T on CPTV. Remember this stock is currently in a nice uptrend. If ya short it watch your stop!! I don’t see a set up at this time, and for now I’ll pass on the short, but who knows what tomorrow may bring.

Boy, did I miss this little rundown!

I saw it over $20 at the open today and thought about shorting, but since it went over that 19.81 previous high, I chickened out. BAD MOVE!

Now, I am thinking of re-enterting it long at around 17.60 - if 17.40's hold.

Methinks that CPTV wil topping out at $21

                      anyone else?

That 10-day moving avg is about to overtake it soon, and when it does, CPTV will be sold.

Thinking of taking some short positions around 20.50 - 21.50 for a cover around 19 or even 18.40's

                      Opinions?

Also, it's going to drop down on the IBD list from #2 this week, unless they drive it to like 22.50+

Sorry I don't get a clear picture on this one.
