is there a way to get an email from your system only when you have chosen a new pick?

Actually i'm not getting any emails presently. Is there a box I should have checked off somewhere? I checked again in the profile. Thanks again and sorry to bug you.

All registered users are receiving emails from me, at the email address listed in your profile, whenever I buy or sell a stock.
