    Noiz / Yhoo

    Hi Steckler,

Any thoughts or comments on NOIZ / YHOO?

I went short on NOIZ today above 19.30 and long on YHOO at 31.60.
Looking for targets of 17.50 cover for NOIZ and 33 for YHOO.

    Thanks!

    • You can't go wrong covering NOIZ at 17.50. If YHOO closes below 30 I think it will revisit 25.

      • Two to watch this morning

OVTI - small symmetrical triangle. Has been sticking to the 20-day EMA like glue since early November.

        SOSA - double top.

Can you suggest any entry points for SOSA

          Regards

          • Alice, double tops are potentially bearish so I'd be wary against a false breakout. Positive action yesterday was that SOSA was up on heavier volume on a crappy day. For an entry I would wait outthe first half hour and if SOSA is trading above 13.55, then you could buy - just be careful not to buy if it's moved too high.

            • CHB worth watching

CHB formed a rectangular base with 15.80 as resistance and 15.10 as support. Daily and weekly technicals suggest a higher price is more likely than a lower price.

              • A few to watch

CYBS - symmetrical triangle. Volume Flow Indicator went positive yesterday and ADX is approaching the low level that suggests a significant move is in the works, in whichever direction the triangle breaks out.

ERS - symmetrical triangle and double its 200DMA. Stocks this extended tend to break down. SUpport line is around 19.80.

FDG - symmetrical triangle. Very low ADX (14.12) and overbought stochastic suggests this one moves lower.

                • Some morning movers

GNTA - the biopharms have been hot.
                  IIF
NURO - very low ADX (12.94) and a breakout in progress.
SIRF - very close to breaking out from a continuation H&S.
CYBS - broke out through the resistance line of the triangle.

                    Lstr Vlo Btu

Sold my LSTR at 47 this morning...beautiful 2 - 3 day play. Sold my VLO this morn at 54.65....about 70 cents....and replaced it with BTU....the more I think about it the more I like the energies right about here

                      Sirf Grmn

Like SIRF Dave. Been playing that and GRMN consistently. Think both of these stocks are the story stocks of 2006....just bought GRMN at 68.10

                        Energies

Hoping for a bullish report on the oil inventory to be released at 10:30 est....nat gas and oil are moving up in anticipation I suspect...should bode well for VLO and BTU
