I live in Toms River, about 45 min. from AC. The two jobsites are in Seaside Heights which is the same time and distance from AC. Both sites are off the ground and running. The smaller of the two, 24 units, has the pilings driven and the mason is starting installation of the grade beam and foundation walls on the first building this Monday. We're putting up one of the smaller buildings with 3 units in it as the initial models for office space and to sell from. The other site, 44 units, is a large theme park golf course. 36 holes and rises about 60' above the road elevation. It's got a pretty good sized building on it, and water pools, stream beds, moats, and gunnite rock formations all over it. It's about 2 acres in size. We're moving the excavators and roll-offs in this Monday or Tuesday to start the demolition and clearing of the site. That will take at least 4 weeks. Then the pilings get driven in and the masonary after that etc...
The smaller site will be pretty much finished with all the site work an into the structural framing of the remaining buildings by June/July. You guys are certainly welcome to come to Seaside and check it out. We'll do some great fishing and drinking while were at it.
Please explain how I accompolish what Webs was talking about or put my name on that list for me please. If it's no trouble please explain how to copy the list for me. Thanks.

How to cary the list down....

Skiracer.... 5 easy steps.

(1) Just "left click and drag" down the list and highlight the desired text.

Then "right click" and hit "copy"....

(3) Then open a new post to this thread.

I would love to come and toss a few down with all of you -- my only problem is that my june and july are already pretty full (weekends) -- and I assume this will be over a weekend -- is there a choice of dates?
