I'm not the one organizing this and I've learned you can't please all of the people all of time. Someone who wants to go will be left out because of a bad date. We really cannot control that. The best way is to set it up far in advance.

Any weekend should be fine for me. I believe Ski and Myself are pretty close to AC. I have two jobs opening in the early spring just north and south of the city. I can probably help getting something set up at the TAJ or Tropicana. This will probably doom me to setting up this thing. Unfortunately I haven't much free time between running the business and my other ventures. I'm happy to help if I can.
