I got into Stratex back in October at 2.41 and sold last week at 5.20. You may see a few more cents on this, but my feeling is it's stalled out. I could be wrong, but I've already made money on it.
If it's cheap stocks you like, take a look at IMNY, IIP or ACSEF. IMNY & IIP I don't own, and may have already played, but ACSEF, I do have, and am looking for big things from it.

Also, I am looking at (but have not bought yet) NTN at 1.35. I am looking at this as a fun play only. Not a long term winner, IMHO. I am addicted to the blue box: NTN bar trivia. I would pick this up for sentimental reasons only, and forget about it. It would give me bragging rites at the local watering hole, as an owner of the company.

Another stock that bears mention (DISCLOSURE: I am long in UNH) is UNH.
United Health Care, at 56.60 is in the middle of it's 52 week range (down from it's high of 64+ on 12/27).
Everything is in place for a decent upward move, and I am looking for 6.5 points on the upside in the next 50-65 days. I have a limit in to pick up additional shares at 56.37 in EH tonight, but if it doesn't hit, no big shakes, I'll be happy with what I have.

          OVTI
          DBRN
          PLXS
          BGC
          NEU

A hundred years ago I used to subscribe to Valueline. Several of their #1 timeliness ratings as a group study would be neat. Why don't you track 5 or 6 of their #1's for a period of 8/10 weeks to see how they play out against Peanuts an his IBDGM scenario of even the POTW over 8 weeks.

That might be fun. On the other hand on a whim I checked Value Line yesterday (I am ripping apart my current investing system) and they have an e.t.f. that started in Dec.
