    Greetings Spike,

Im honored you like my count on PEIX,as its one of my first. This stock reminds me of HANS,from my limited knowledge, its clearly impulsive in an upward bias.I'll buy shares from anyone afraid of too much profits,to be up on a day that the overall market, including most energy stocks plunged ,shows me strength.I like your 64.50 projection,as it matches my ''poor mans'' count.

    cordially Tom

I, too, have a target of $65. But there may be bumps in the road . . . .
and speaking of HANS, looks to me like it is making a top here.

Well, Sis, I wish I could say that such an experience made for a permanent lesson, but even a really strong trader like Doug will tell you that he has sometimes violated his own rules to his own hurt. But hopefully you will minimize your mistakes through this experience. I still think we have hard times ahead, so be cautious

              What's in store for Thursday

If anyone is still holding PEIX, or wants to short it, I'll say that my view of the chart is that PEIX is going South for Thursday. That chart is one ugly dog right now. I truly expect PEIX to be a sub $30 stock by Friday, and maybe even a $25 stock by MAY 19, 2006. That, my friends, is UGLY.

It made a sub $30 stock on Thursday, and Friday . . . well, its $28 now, but can it make it down to $25 ???? Perhaps

                  Running for the tape

Hey, it's noon on the East Coast and PEIX is running for the $25 tape. Let's see if she can cross the finish line for a real winnah ;D

                    Playing the game

I felt like playing this afternoon--so I sold the $30 JUN calls for $3 and bought the $30 JUN PUTs for $3.50. IF PEIX falls, I'll be sitting pretty. If not, I'll have to buy enough shares to cover those calls . . . .

Good luck dude. This is the impulse 4 down I was lookin' fer. You've got a nice 10 min SHS to help you there NB. Band action yesterday was VERY bearish. Good luck.

I'll tell you that the first two days, I was nervous about this trade. Should have waited just those two days to make the play, and the profits would have been even higher. Finally today I am solidly in the green, and if PEIX falls tomorrow, this short could become a very solid winner. You can check the chart for yourself.

I thought the best play on PEIX was the 30.50 area NB. It is at a critical area right now and I still target my 17.00 on this stock. I think we do stand a chance of a bounce from here, but time will tell. That P/B into the 30.50 had those who bot looking real good right now. I did not want to chase it as I missed the entry. I think you’re right if it does not bounce here she would most likely be in big trouble.

Covered the PUT at $4 this morning--$.50 profit. Call is still naked. It is possible I might rebuy the PUT later this month. But I'd done better just to short the stock, as you can see.
