Since MRVL's 3rd quarter results relased on Nov 16 were preliminary and incomplete, I will be doing an article to detail the following:

    1. Management's discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations. I checked all associated press releases, and none reported fully on that matter. One has to really dig in the conference call and disect information, especially on the consolidated financial statements and supplementary data.

    2. Quantitative and qualitative disclosures about MRVL's market risks relative to peers have improved significantly, and thus warrant mentioning.

    3. The false accusions brought forth by Lockridge Grindal Nauen P.L.L.P. against MRVL. I have marshal evidence to refute the suit's claim that MRVL's financial statements were presented in violation of GAAPand that the Company failed to have in place the personnel and controls necessary to issue accurate financial reports and projections.

I bought 8 blocks at 20.11 to 20.13, and wrote 800 Dec Calls for 1.05/contract. The prospects of MRVL keeps improving. Until I see otherwise, I won’t stop accumulating or trading the stock.

So what do you think Jack... Are you still bullish on MRVL?

Sorry for the delayed response...Was in NY for 3 days. I believe more in MRVL and looking for a portal of entrey myself to establish a new postion after profiting a ton in the lat 2 weeks of trading. Since, I'm a hedge typr of guy, I'm looking for a better spread option for the month of DEC. The strike price of 20 does not pay enough premium, and the 17.50 strike does not have a high intrinsic value. I'd rather to buy at around 18.50 and work mt way down.
