            Slb

Bought 3 blocks of SLB at 60.77 to 60.78 and wrote 300 Nov 60 calls at 3.0o/contract. The stock has beaten warnings and revenue by quite a bit.

Looks to me like a simple retest of the breakout of an symmetrical triangle. Bullish.

Considering the short and intermediate term technicals, should my underlaying shares remain with me after expiration, the addition of those block would have been a strategic accumulate in an incremental manner.

I now have a total of 335k shares.
7 blocks were called away as October options expired. Pocketed 19 cents/share times 70,000 shares.

Sold the shares at 61.03, and covered the calls at 2.90. It's amazing how the call value dissapates... That's why i never buy calls buy always write them!

                        Amd

Can you give me your thoughts on AMD ??

I actually followed your call on Friday and bought AMD at $ 20.03 and wrote Nov 20s at $1.23 ( instead of the Nov 17.5s) ... now Im trying to figure out what to do with them . Should I wait for the time premium to diminish on the calls and let the stock run ?

                          Slb

Bought 4 blocks of SLB at 60.26 to 60.30, and wrote 400 Nov 57.50 calls at 4.00. The retraction to test the 58 sipport should be protected by the "deep in the money" calls.

                              oops, that was SLB
