    Bloodletting

Lots of bloodletting today. Several stocks on various of my watchlists that are doing well are: ALTI, ANIK, KKD, OCCF. Also IMCL (which I own) is managing to stay positive, though not with tremendous conviction.

Well, Lyehopper, I can get some nifty little charts from prophet.net, but they don't have a TRIX option. Here are the charts of the stocks in the AMEX's Biotech index. They are one-year, weekly charts, w/ volume and with 10- and 40-wk. simple moving avgs.

Like I said, they don't have the TRIX option there, but maybe this will serve as a reasonable substitute:

You're on your own for the coffee, but now that you mention it, there's a cup in the kitchen with my name on it.

If I May Say So Myself ... (because no one else will)

Since I called JLG a good buy here eleven days ago, it's up a mere 12.5%. Was anyone listening?

nice call Rob... did you buy and sell for the gain? To be honest, I wasn't listening. I have been too busy screwing up my trade in NGA. I purchased at $4 and sold at $5.7... now I really regret it... trading today at 7.8

Respect and cudo's are hard to come by here. Sheesh... look at my momentum thread. I have gainers of 50+ % and 30+ % but the only person to ever slap me on the back was Spike... and I had to moan about it first.

                Thanks Spike

JLG has an option chain. Chains are nice.

Ironically enough, no. Obviously I should have. As some might notice, I don't often jump up and say a stock is a good buy. I don't have much of a trading mentality, though following the threads on this Web site is starting to to make inroads of such into my thinking pattern. Long-term investing is more suitable to my nature, though I have done fairly well with some swing trades over the past seven years.

I'm still mostly in cash with the only two stocks I own presently being IMCL and GOOG.

I should have added that criticism flies faster than a dead John Candy falling off a horse in Mexico

I get criticism and opposing feedback all the time here.... AND I welcome such!

This forum has always been about an exchange of ideas. Members questioning and critiquing each other prompts thought and is constructive.

I guess the alternative to experiencing criticism here at $$Mr Mkt$$'s HUGE forum.... Is being ignored. If you find yourself being ignored here, it's most likely because folks are afraid their responses to you will be ill received.
