Doug, it seems you like to take people to visit the sites of infamous, grisly murders. It wasn't that long ago when you mentioned having taken some people to Nicole Simpson's condo. Maybe that means something, but if so I'm not sure what.

      Doug,
I can see you doing a variation of that and being very successful.

More useless trivia : did any watchers of the Drew Carey show ever notice his friend is named Oswald Harvey ?

      • "My Sharona" Alperin in L.A.

Doug, do you know about Sharona Alperin, R.E. agent to the stars, who is also unfortunately battling cancer right now.

Let Sharona Alperin open doors for you to the dynamic Beverly Hills real estate market. Experience the pinnacle of luxury LA living in the perfect home.

This author can't seem to spit out the key term: "power pop"!

Speaking of great power pop: Todd Rundgren's "Couldn't I Just Tell You" (on the album "Something/Anything" from 1972) is right up there.

I remember KNACK and I remember the song...But I never really thought about Sharona being a real person.

Too bad about her though...Interesting articles...Thanks...Doug

Another wonderful day in the market inspired me to ask this trivia question. Winner receives a pick guaranteed to finish in the top 25 of the POTW contest.

Of the many British rock groups in the British Invasion of 1964-1966 only one has all it's original members still living. Name the group.

                    Lye,
The Monkeys were American. Other musicians played the music at first, but they eventually became a legitimate group.

Ronnie Bond drummer for the Troggs died Nov. 1992. Good guess. "Wild Thing, You make my heart sing" "You Groove Me". Not you, Lye.
