A Humble Request

I'm a little disappointed to see after just joining this forum that there are some who feel that the board itself is not a serious investor site just because it also contains some personal messaging and humor. I've found in the short time I've been here (less than a week) that it is quite easy to sort the serious investing messages from the rest of it. Simply mousing over the topic of one of the threads will bring up a little yellow window showing the beginning of the latest message. If it's a message I have no interest in, I don't have to click on it. One can also figure out fairly easily which threads are serious and which ones aren't. If you don't like a particular thread, don't visit it. So what if it happens to be the most active thread. Again, if you don't like it, don't visit it. As for the salty language, I'm not as bothered by it as Rob but that may be because I'm a new member and haven't seen as much of it as he has. My general opinion of profanity (and if you really think about it, it's true) is that "Profanity is only a weak imitation of strength."

I'm a firm believer in just passing over what you don't want to read....Sift out the garbage Jim...I know I talk about a lot of stuff...I know you don't like it...So out of respect, I don't do that on your thread even though I enjoy reading what you have to say.

I don't know about other forums that others are in but I was in 11 at the start of the year...I've dropped 7 so far because they either dried up or everyone was arguing all the time...The other 3 I'm in have a really low number of posts too vs. just 6 months ago. This is the only one left where I can almost always find something new to read.

Robb...I've noticed a few expletives here and there...But I'd hardly say it is the norm. I agree w/ Peanuts take on this matter. I believe I usually use something like this (^%^&$ or something like this: D*mn...If that is offensive then I'm sorry, but I can't please everyone.

You'll have to experiment with concentration and leaf variety, color, and time of exposure. Those leaves will last for years and be pliable and glossy. Try it on some flowers too. Also some will do great in the silica gel which is actually crystaline in form.

In my opinion the terrorists crave publicity and the war in Iraq makes them drool. The last thing they want is a new regime that will pull out of the middle east and ignore them. Write 11/6 on a piece of paper and turn it around. It says 9/11. Wy would a terrorist attack happen on a upside down 9/11? It might be like a frown upside down, so maybe good things will happen?

It is the day before the elections. If a terrorist wants to influence our elections, he might go at it the day before. Why would a terrorist meddle in our affairs?
