Interesting. I was watching a real time streamer and saw a transaction at $1.42 a few minutes after I posted. Intraday charts at marketwatch or Etrade show a few transactions at $1.41 between 12:04 and 1:00.

That's fine, though, if the TDA log is what you're using.
