Chris, are you an EE or CE? I was in Chico last weekend with my brother. Not much to do up there.

Refresh my memory...I don't remember recommending it...However, I do remember saying that if I ran an IIC 100 scan and at that moment it would be #1.

I try not to recommend anything in particular...I try to just offer info for people as a time saver so they can make their own trading decisions.

But I will admit that I may have gone a bit overboard in the past on stocks that I really like.

There's actually quite a bit to do up here, though you kinda have to be a local to know where to go and what to do if you are interested in more than the local bar scene in a college town.

I work with a structural engineering firm called Culp & Tanner. We focus primarily on large parking garages (4000-6000 cars) and hotels (15 - 45 levels).

Are you in Nor Cal?!? If you're ever up again post me here and we'll try to connect or at least I'll try to recommend a place to go.

If memory serves, Sticky is in Roseville, a small town near Sacramento. My brother and three sisters live in and around Sacramento. I'm the rebellious one who moved to Virginia—from L.A., though I did live in Sacramento for a little less than a year in '83-'84. My brother calls it an overgrown hick town. LOL

I've been through Chico a few times, but mostly I bypassed it on I-5 on my way to Oregon, where I used to go camping and fly fishing every summer. My mother and brother lived in Redding for a while. It gets ungodly hot up there. I got a speeding ticket in Quincy, CA in 1978, one of two or three I've got in my whole life.

I'm sure everyone is just thrilled to death reading all this wonderful stuff.

I must say ... and I say this with an unblemished record of staunch heterosexuality ... no comment.

ywamchris, I went to high school with a guy who became a math prof. in Chico. Since it's a small town, is there a chance you know him? -- Alan Orr, his wife's name is Hedda.

It is a perilous endeavor to use the word "small" in the same sentence in which one is discussing his manhood.

Yeah I’m in Northern California, Roseville. I think Chico is three hours north of Roseville but the drive seems like it took all day. I can’t go to the bars yet and I’m sure there are lots of outdoor activates. I noticed lots of nice looking college students (girls) around campus and in the downtown area.

Our cousin is a CE and she works as a structure engineer designing parking lots and garages in NYC. Her complaints she doesn’t make a lot of $$ but she loves her work. Also she likes to drink too.

                                Security Alert---Threat level Magenta

I am posting to report that our "mr market is huge" website has been hijacked...

Apparently some e-vandals have hacked into the site retrieved my log-in information and and proceeded to make bogus posts on the POTW thread. They are the ones responsible for making such ludicrous purchases as EDU and over-holding YUM.

As I would with any identity theft case I am requesting the proper paperwork to have my fraudulant stock buys refunded.

Thanks for your great Customer Service Rob!!!
