Mr M I don't know of any acqusition proposals for SATC , but I do know that;

SATC has been in business for 25 Yrs
SATC Has its Flagship Solstice System which increases overall solar energy yield by 5-12% with costs 20-25% less than other systems.
Oct 13, 2010 it was announced that SATC will beinvolved in the installation of a solar project Utilizing Solstice units and Power gate Plus Solar inverters, into a Kent County Delaware sewage facility. The DE plant is being built by a private energy group financed by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act....you see those signs all over on the roads undergoing fixing!
Basically for less than 5 bucks per share SATC is a company on the move!

10 for 10/25/10

Stock futures are up .....so this could be an interesting day. I feel it in my bones money will be made today. The following "PIX" are defintely a SUPER MIX!.......Geezzzzz my old HS English teacher would have been proud of "DAT" jingle .....she learned me well!
When the game is tough and the scores are close ......it becomes time to grab the old Louisville Slugger and swing for the fences, and knock some of those fastballs into the cheap seats.....UNFORTUNATELY unlike the NY YAnkees were able to do over the weekend. My condolences to all you NY Yankees fans.

Golden dozen for 10/26/10

A commentator on CNBC Business said our budget deficit is now 13 Trillion and growing by the second. He fears a "Jimmy Carter" style inflation taking hold, once the effect of what seems to be an endless supply of dollars being pumped into the system, begins to hit the fan. Can $100 Oil price per barrel and $1500 GOLD be far behind?
Desparate times call for desparate measures. I don't really like ultra microcap stocks , but sometimes you have to throw caution to the wind .......AND GO FOR IT! Once again all HIGHLY SPECUALTIVE stocks below will be preceeded by ** .
Remember when they asked the famous bank robber Willie Sutton why he robbed banks , he answered simply, "That Is Where The Money Is"

Steel yes .....I still follow mips on www.tickerspy.com, but I had sold it awhile back .........Wish I had held it longer.

Steel check out LVLT ......looks as if it going back up......ya may want to lock and load on LVLT! Not much downside .......but HUGE UPSIDE POTENTIAL!

Fast 5 for 10/27/10

Stock futures are down in the early AM , so we could have soem issues today. I focus mainly on momentum picks , but sometimes beaten down stocks offer a good alternative ...LVLT and NMTI are good examples of those.
** HIGH SPEC STOCK

1. EGHT LONG Appears to be taking a breather but should POP UP with the next up phase.
2. LVLT LONG Once a darling communications stock, but now a beaten down has been that is beginning to move UP
3.** MMOG LONG An international gaming stock with facebook capability
4. NMTI LONG After a long 4 month basing period this medical stock is showing life
5. URZ LONG Just an absolute winner uranium stock which you can still grab for $2.25 per share!

I had bought $10 Nov calls about a month back. The options for LVLT are cheap. I will look at it closer. The March $1 calls are .20 Plus, the company that I bought my digital telephone pole with has a partnership with Level 3. I will see what I can find out.

Steel yes all socks are basically a crapshoot........but LVLT is so low ....that chances of a huge loss are virtually nil.....but the upside is huge!

Wow hard to believe another month shot to hell! Oh well the BEST months for Stocks Nov - April begins on Monday , and to kick off the season ......here are 12 chart busters.
For those who can dance on the razor's edge, throw a Hail Mary pass, roll the dice and hope, "7 come 11", the PICKS, proceeded by ** are highly speculative and is just what the Doc ordered.
Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated , as we can all learn.

1. **CPYE LONG Conspiracy Holdings Inc CONSPIRACY , wow I like it already. They process and distribute games for Play Station and other entertainment devices WORLDWIDE. May
be the MOB has a hand in this one , but who cares? The chart indicates a Golden Cross with 50 Day Moving Average crossing over 200 Day Moving Average , generally a good sign . DON'T BE GREEDY, make a few bucks and then sell! GREED is not good with these stocks **!

GPXM a "gold monster"

GPXM IS a Sparks Nevada Goldminer ....albeit HIGHLY SPECULATVE , the chart is an excercise of poetry in motion ......Something must be brewing .....because VOLUME is HUGE!

Here is a chart for GPXM going back to 1998 ....with gold rising daily , do ya think this 12 cent stock can go to $4 PLUS again? Well looking at the chart I would think ya need a big set os BA** to SHORT it!

One problem with GPXM right now is the fact that it has ran up from a trading range of around .04, so I would look for a pullback to at least .08 before I would even consider pulling the trigger. Another thing I would be looking for would be any kind of recent promotions, such as newsletters, email campaigns, etc. If there has been a promotion, I would look for a dump to occur. However, if no promoters have been involved there may still be plenty of room for GPXM to run to the dollar range. I'll put it on my watch list and see what I can find out.

Webs the more brains in the mix ........The better ....true with penny stox .....once the pump begins .......CAUTION is the word......I just receved an email on from some PUMPER called " Strong Buy Alert" who was paid $150K for the CPYE PUMP..ahem Ad ! you can bet your as* they loaded up on CPYE and will probably dump quickly after any runup! .....perhaps get in, in the AM , and as it soon rides up GTF OUT with a profit .....never be greedy ....pigs get killed!
