Looks like another tricky day . A financial reform was hammered out early this morning and the markets are bouncing between positive and negative. The 3 major markets repsented by DIA, QQQQ and SPY ETFs are near their , "Death Crosses" , which means that the 50 Day Moving Average crosses BELOW the 200 Day Moving Average . This generally means more sellers than buyers and confirms a downtrend in the markets.
1. ANV LONG Super Gold Stock . ANV has reserve base of 2.4 million oz. which would result in a 20 year mine life at production rates of 25 million tons per year. By 2013 they anticipate producing over 300,000 oz. of gold and 1 million oz. of silver per year. This is from the annual report
2. BKS SHORT The Death Cross has just clicked in for Barnes and Noble. Yes I go to Barnes & Noble, buy a cup of coffee , read a series of books and magazines , put them all back , and then buy on the CHEAPER Amazon. Once in awhile I throw them a bone and buy a magazine!

The markets are totally confusing , but I feel the following stocks should do well on Monday , provided we dont get a total market collapse. I am posting early so that you can feel free to comment on any of the stocks....anyone making money , on any of these?

According to the "GANGSTERS" in Washinton all is fine and dandy. Greece was just bailed out to the tune of ONE TRILLION by the IMF. Spain and Italy are far worse off than Greece , and will soon come to the IMF table asking for Trillions .....where does it end? Think about it.... with Barney Frank and Chris Dodd in charge does the US have any worries LOL .

Well another month shot to hell......and as time passes the months do seem to slip buy at an exponential rate. With Stock Futures UP as I write and after that big hosing the markets took yesterday , today could be an UP day. CAUTION is advised when buying the short position, as it may be better to place those later in the day.
1. ANV LONG Super Gold Stock for the long haul
2. APOL SHORT The Death Cross is in on this one and it is going down
3. BKS SHORT took a HUGE 19% drop yesterday , may dead cat bounce today?
4. COCO SHORT Corinthian Colleges .....Hey ya have no money , no job forget about school!
5. DRYS SHORT Another beauty headed south
6. EVVV LONG Super UP chart on this one
7. IDT LONG Up 2.37% in yesterdays' down market.......Heavily advertised on radio.......they claim to save up to 25% on your utility bill, they also have shale oil process that can extract oil for $25 per barrel . Now let me see oil at $75 gives a HUGE $50 per barrrel profit!
8. NOK SHORT The death cross is in on this one, and they are falling behind other s in the 3G and 4G markets
9. SPMD SHORT Super media .....whatever they do , they are not doing it well

Wow July 1st and the 4th is upon us .....Let's start this month off with a bang. One PUNDIT had said "Since its inception , if the S&P FALLS 15% or more from its top, 80% of the time it keeps dropping until it passes into bear territory or -20%. According to that pundit it is now ......SHOW TIME!. We are at the 15% drop!
We have 2 choices ...one is to run and hide under a rock ,or ride the falling stocks and markets down the old sewer pipe to some huge profits. Frankly ....I choose the latter! As you can see many of today's picks are SHORTS or Inverse ETFs .
Stock futures are down, and Old Allan Greenspan was on CNBC justifying his lowering interest rate policy and in my opinion one of the chief architects of the market crash .All I will say is GREENSPAN ........blow it out of your AS*!
1. AIS LONG Although excericise caution here
2. APOL SHORT at 42.45 and set buy to cover at 47.67
3. BKS SHORT are you kidding? The only book Barnes & Noble CEOs are reading is one covering the chapter 11 bankruptcy laws. SHORT AT 12.88 and set buy to cover at 16.59
4. COCO SHORT Corinthian Colleges .......now tell me .what the hell are ya gonna do with a degree from Corinthian College .....Hold the fries........Short at 9.83 and buy to cover at 11.26
5. FAZ LONG VERY RISKY but if ya must buy at 17.44 and set stop at 14.63. REMEMBER this ETF Triple Shorts the RUSSELL 1000 financial services.
6. GHDX SHORT at 12.91 and set buy to cover at 14.98
7. HOV SHORT at 3.86 and set buy to cover at 4.42
8. IDT LONG Careful at this point, after 3 huge up days a pullback is likely
9. RBCN LONG This Technology may buck the downtrend and rise

Jobs reports and other information was released and NO earth shaking news....UNEMPLOYMENT is still at 9.5% . With stock futures barely positive as I write .......LOOK OUT BELOW! Yesterday the S&P 500 closed at 1027 or more than 15% below its high of 1219.80 in late April. There is now an 80% chance of it continuing its downside. First downside stop is 950....then 875 with Dan Amoss saying that a close below 700 is possible.
The Dow and Nasdaq are sucking wind also.
Oh well why worry ...just ride the express train down.

2. COCO SHORT Once again a degree form Corinthian College ..What is that worth . I once visited Keystone State College and there was an arrow in the crapper above the toilet paper pointing down stating ,"Keystone State Diplomas" Remember Ricardo Montelbaum and Corinthinan leather in the Chryslers ....they went bankrupt also LOL
3. DRYS SHORT Wow are they sinking fast.

The CEO was involved in some dubious stuff in the past .......and he did have that sleazy used car salesman look on CNBC.Hey remember JBII and all the BS with that stock!

4. BKS SHORT Just received an email 90% off on some items ,this brick and mortar bookseller can't compete with the likes of AMAZON!
5. COCO SHORT Another 52 week low for the Corinthian colleges. There are calls for scrutiny of for profit colleges. My friend was a professor at one of these colleges. Their main concern was getting the student grant money, and then the administration did not give a rat's Ass if the student ever showed up!
6. HOV SHORT Have you tried to get a mortgage lately.GOOD LUCK ! Lady called radio program and said son was an army vet , with 800 credit score . Tried to buy samll 20K house in Arizona , was willing to put down $4K ,and was TURNED DOWN!
7. IDT WATCH Wait to see if IDT Falls or breaks out . I was stopped out for a small profit. After a google search IDT may not be so kosher .....some funny things going on
8. NLY LONG Government guaranteed mortgages. While it slowly climbs up it pays a whopping 16% Dividend!
9. NWPX SHORT Northwest pipe . There appears to be some creative financing going on according to yahoo posts. Apparently they are doing a bad job with ,"Laying Pipe"

Remember The Edsel and The Delorian .......both FAILURES . I think the IPO was set up , and as soon as it hit the markets .....the big boys cashed out leaving the sucker investors to take a hosing. TSLA dropped 12.57% on Friday , it is dropping like a rock, and they have not made a dime . I think we can make some easy coin by SHORTING!
