Can you elaborate on OIIM? Interesting company and maybe worth a flyer but I can't find out anything about the conference later today. I do see that their results released a couple of weeks ago were a bit disappointing despite the Apple connection. Thanks!

Stock futures are higher , Asian markets closed higher , and European markets are up also as I write. Does this mean that the markets will close UP today .....no .....but this is a much better scenario than when all world markets are down.

Happy Valentines Day to all. Egypt has settled down for the moment and the market futures are mixed for today......let's hope another big crisis does not arrive.

1. FCS Faichild semiconductor beautiful chart , has room to run
2. MTG provides private mortgage insurance
3. NVDA Computer components after 4 losing days , like a coiled snake this one should spring today.
4. OCZ The company is hiring ......OCZ has 375 employees and is looking to add 15 more. This clearly indicates that OCZ is on the process to expand in a big way
5. OIIM Supplies parts for Ipads etc. this one should score BIG.

7. **STZYF This story stock is HIGHLY SPECULATIVE and Volatile......but after 4 days of losses , it made a huge 14.47% Friday comeback. If their rare earth production is as good as predicted, this one should really blast off .

The Egyptian crisis is still grabbing headlines , and with MUBARACK'S middle finger given to Obama ,and all other meddlers needless to say the markets could be in for a rough ride today.
A picture in my local paper shows a closeup of many people holding up their shoes in a crowd. Considering the average Egyptian earns a shade of just over 3 grand per year in US Dollars, the shoes of those in the crowd did not seem to show much wear......could we say that many Egyptians, to the contrary are indeed , "Well Heeled" ......I had to get that one in there .

BIG 6 For 2/10/11

Well CBNC pundits are once again doing the too far, too fast dance and as a result futures are down again this AM ......does that necessarily mean the markets will end the day lower? Nobody can really predict that , BUT when the futures start off HIGH the probability is such that the markets will probably be higher at day's end, because psychologically it does put traders in the buying mood.
Here are 6 possibilities that have a good chance of ending the day higher.

1. AMED This stock inspite of an investigation is going higher .recent post from Yahoo "Re: Looks like the Street will be right. 27-Jan-11 03:42 pm ya exactly . this guy is way off mark . I think AMED wil go higher , and specially of there is talk of going private . I think shorting this stock at this level would be highly risky"
2. ATML 5% higher? at least this yahoo poster thinks so " Re: Could see another 5%+ bump tomorrow ! 9-Feb-11 04:36 pm That is possible and is the reason I am thinking of buying another couple thousand shares tonight. Try to sneak in a cheap buy order and steal some money from someone. The problem is there are no big sellers out there and it is darn hard to do " P.S. The chart is a pretty picture UP!

STZYF.PK HIGH RISK , but quite a story stock their mine in Kyrgyzstan holds a MASSIVE 14 BILLION of rare earths and other metals, STANS has CLOSE relationships with The Russian Acadamy of Science and perhaps links right up to Putin himself., and the former Canadian ambassador to Russia is now working with STANS...hey can ya think of a nicer bunch of guys? ...maybe the Russian mob is involved also .....who knows for sure. It has been said that Russian president Dmitry Medvedev wants to make this area the Russian version of silicon valley .
With all these sharks in on the project .....It is my belief that higher prices for the stock are almost a foregone conclusion.
