ARR LONG Armour Residential a REIT .This $7.65 stock is UNDERVALUED according to vector vest and it's true value should be $19.65. Annual Dividend is $1.44 per share or a Whopping 19.07%

Pete, REVU is not otpionable. However, the chart....30 day MA right at resistance, stochastics just went above 25 on Friday. MACDH in positive territory, all point to buy. If it breaks resistance, I don't know why it can't go past $2 bucks, or at least $1.75 where it was early November right before earnings.

Steel I think REVU will play out .....just fine .of course as long as the markets don't collapse!

Back in the day there was a TV program called "The Millionaire" . An anonymous millionaire would give out through an intermediary "MIKE" a MILLION Dollar Tax Free Cashiers Check to various people and then trace their story. He would always use the phrase , "Mike Our Next Millionaire' as he presented the check to MIKE for hand delivery to the recipient.
Steel I have no millions to give out ......BUT Check out REVU , a $1.21 stock on the NASDAQ , a chart that is very similar to UCBI another money maker.
REVU Princeton Review has Huge Volume and beginning to SPRING similar to UCBI. Another POSITIVE is "Princeton" the home town of the HUGELY successful Mr Market!
Steel , although the stock is cheap .....see if ya can come up with any CALL options. Maybe we ALL can make some cash for the holidays with this baby!

A side Note

I digress for a moment to comment on a NJ High School Football State Championship that played out at Giant's Stadium in North Jersey Saturday 12/4/10.
The contest was between Old Tappan and Wayne Hills Highschool.
In the last 23 SECONDS , the score was 21 to 17 in FAVOR of Old Tappan. Fans started to leave the game early thinking it was Lights Out For Hills.
Old Tappan kicked off to Hills, and the ball was caught by senior running back Brian Dowling. Realizing he was about to be tackled by a plethora of Old Tappan defense men, he flipped the ball to HIlls Junior wide receiver Troy Zaffiino who took the pitch , ran around the left and to widly cheering fans , ran the football 87 yards to score the winning touchdown . The final score Wayne Hills 24 and Old Tappan 21 ......SUPER ENDING!
The moral of this story is simply , NEVER , EVER, EVER give up !

rocket upward without really evn taking a small dip backwards.
Are those type of stocks called 'momentum stocks'?. If so
what indicators are used to identify them?. I only use 3 indicators
right now. Relative strenght, 3 ema lines (moving averages) and volume.
probably not the right ones?.

Emvici welcome to the board. Lots of great minds and great picks here. Mr Market has a long winning streaks, can't go wrong with his picks if you have patience. Eric I feel Your Pain

Pete,

I randomly found you on the web by accident. I have lost a
fortune in the past month 40 K. I am completely new to stock
trading, although I gotta guess that I just paid for an expensive
lesson. Your recent stock picks look like a God send. Although
I well know there are no guarantees with any stocks, I feel
alot better with your picks then mine. Do you think getting
into smng on 12-6-10 (monday) is too late to do?, and any
idea if so, what target price might you get out of it?.

Eric several years ago , I as you lost a bundle in the market . I had Cabot Money management , trade my money in an aggressive account. When the markets were hot all was well, but the aggressive portfolio consisted of momentum stocks , and when the Dot Com BUST hit .all went to hell in a hurry. Cabot contuinually traded stocks and my maibox was always filled with buy and sell orders........eventually I said enough ws enough and I pulled out with a large loss ......NEVER again will I allow anyone to manage my money!
As far as SMNG .at this point I would hold off....volume appears to be dropping.
With these type HIGH SPEC Stocks buy about $250 worth and see what happens ......Right now I would be inclined to go with REVU or UCBI For safer more secure stocks go with my picks that are not **. Mr Market also has SUPER SAFE picks , and ya will make money with his picks!
