Looks like a homerun. Now lets see if the stock follows, or if this will be one of those crazy days when the report rocks, but the stock drops. The CwH remains valid. I wonder if WON is paying attention?

Does anyone have an explanation for what has happened today in regards to the stock price of SWSI? I really find it amazing that a company can issue a report like this and the stock gaps down, and then continue down throughout the day! This just after the FED chooses to maintain rates and makes comments of moderate economic growth. When this has been the case for last year or so, and forecasted to continue to do so, why does the stock sell off? This growth should continue, and SWSI should see continued increases in business- equals higher earnings, equals lower P/E, equals stronger company, right? So, why the selling when the chart was ripe, and the earnings were great?

I could use some help here- and I mean REAL help. Not the BS that it was the market, or the the price doesn't always follow the earnings, or profit taking... because I just don't buy that crap. I don't understand why a good company would get sold off like this...

Could it just be a buying opportunity presenting itself? (the price is just above $24 right now)

The only explanation I can come up with is that while est.eps was .44 and they hit .49, diluted eps was .39 therefore a miss according to some.

Thanks billyjoe. I was wondering, after I read your post, whether those who really care about those estimates were considering diluted or reported EPS on their initial estimates. One would think that those with enough buying power to move a stock like SWSI would have considered one over the other, and the fact that SWSI beat estimates wouldn't matter how it was recorded, just that it was beaten...
