    Newborn,
You surprise me. How can you trust him? The ex-wives he made vows with couldn't.

They are all in the same boat: crooks and dishonest. I think he is the most honest of them all.

Although I know very little about the ins and outs of American politics, the claim that Gingrich is the most honest of the current crop of candidates surprised me, so looked him up on wikipedia. if he is the most honest, that is bad news regarding the other candidates. I saw some sleaze on the discussion pages, and decided to look a bit better. Now sleaze is easy to find, but an article on insightmag.com stated plainly: "If Newt is smart, innovative and articulate why should conservatives not support him in ’08? The answer is the same as to why Bill Clinton did not deserve our support in the 1990s: lack of moral character."

If the US cannot find a better man than Newt Gingrich, they seem to be in real trouble.

        Regards,

What fascinates me most about all of this is that I never met anyone who said they would support Hillary Clinton, yet she is the odds on favorite to win the democratic nomination, and perhaps the presidency...huh?

Kinda like TZOO, isn't she? No one uses the service, but the stock is quite pricey.

I'm considering the possibility of moving to Switzerland, Italy or France when I retire. I would conisder the Netherlands, but the Dutch language is too difficult for a redneck like me to learn. I have a hard enough trying to speak English.

How many wives does Romney have? Wasn't another one of these clowns divorced 3 times? Why would anyone with 3 ex-wives run for president? Could you imagine the book deals these ex wives would get???

                    Mr. Market,
One of the ironies is that Romney, the Mormon, is a candidate with no ex wives and only 1 current wife McCain, Guliani, and Gingerich all have ex's.

Doug has a very trusting face, he could easily get elected. I'd vote for him and I do vote republican as often as democrat, esp. in local and state politics.

Believe it or not I didn't vote for clinton the first time around....I voted for that nut job from TX (ross peroit)...I'd take a nutjob over a sleaze bag any day.
