Margie...Your Wading Pool Thread is a pretty good idea. I think many people are embarrassed to ask questions. I may not be the most savvy trader in this club...but I like it when people ask me questions on my thread...I always say..."The smartest people ask the most questions"

I collided with the behemoth at IBD. My reason for coming here is 10% to see your stock picks and 90% because I was hoping to see a pic of $$$MR. MARKET$$$'s huge |||MR. JOHNSON|||. I'm sorely disappointed.

I found $$$ Mr. Market $$$ on the Yahoo message board. hdwr. I had already purchased hdwr and am still long on this stock.

I can't believe I haven't answered this yet. It was probably a year ago, I was on the yahoo messageboards, the DHI one, I was brand new to investing, and was reading what people had to say on the stock I had bought a few weeks earlier. I came upon a post by someone talking about a guy calling himself MrMarket, who claimed an incredible streak of winning stocks. Curious, I followed a like and this is where I ended up. I read a lot of the board before becoming a member, and I've been visiting it pretty much every day and have learned a lot.
