you never fail to amaze me and you are so unpredictable. on the watchlist that i have set up for the potw i leave yours, jiesens, and ernies on at the end of the week. i delete everyone elses. for awhile i was leaving Rob's on but he has gone off to the wild side and now has two or three choices that he uses.

It's just laziness.

I'll be right with you newborn. i have it short from 25.97 in my trading acct. if the markets continue the downtrend it will follow. POT is another one that I shorted today at 152.50 risking 1 point looking for 145 range. i had it down 2 points or so and it turned and stopped me out at 153.50. as it turns out it closes at 152.50 exactly where i shorted it at but no cigar for me. looking for the markets to continue down tomorrow. the bulls wanted to take off today but there just wasn't enough strength there to hold the up move. if the markets move down POT and C will both follow accordingly.

Short the options. Sell a call on it. Then you won't get stopped out.

Well...I doubt the Government will let C fail...But as I posted maybe a week ago...IF there's a Bank Run...They should be first on the list.

The govt will not let C fail. That is why they closed down the economic indicators site, and quit posting the money supply figures. They are going to print C out of bankruptcy. And JP Morgan Chase. And all the others.

Well...I'm not thrilled about the intermediate term prospects on the Financials...But I do not think all is lost longer term.

Reminds me of a quote by Willie Sutton...Probably the most prolific bank robber of all time...When he was caught the G-men asked him why he robbed banks?...He said..."Because that's where the money is"
