Aye, sorry yoyomama, she's heading south again. Though it could just be a pullback before the re-laucnh next week

I still think the financials will go up by the end of the year, not sure if you are going long or swing trading.

Good luck though, if you don't mind, what price did you get in at?

    Whew ! I got out at $3 from 1.62

    Thanks Ski !

Not sure what she'll do now but this could just be a healthy pull back before the next run up.... debating on whether I want to ride that wave again

I got a letter from CitiFinancial this week...Come in and we give you $5,000...Need More...JUST ASK...Hey...a couple years ago I got them for $50,000 to $250,000...UNSECURED...Isn't that what contributed to this mess?

    What goes around comes around

I did it. I bought Citi at 1.62. Not many shares but considering how much I have to play with, 1/3rd of that.

So far so good, I was going to put in a stop at $2 if C can hit $2.10

I don't know why but I think Citi has the potential to hit at least $3 before falling back

You have to figure that if they made $8 billion in Jan and Feb, which was reported, then March would have to be very good as well. Remember they have borrowed money from the Fed at "Zero" and are begrudgingly lending it out at higher than normal interest rates. There is no way that they can lose money this quarter.

So they are going to report some great numbers....BUT...how much more will they write down?? That's the big question. Is the "bad bank" actually bigger than the good bank?.... making the company essentially worthless.
