However...I do not think the FED will allow C to fail...Just like they didn't allow B of A to fail circa 1984 and Security Pacific circa 1992...I worked for both of those Banks during their worst times (Hey, maybe I'm the problem???...lol)...In fact, I worked for B of A 2x
