I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Hags,
Last week I told a bank teller I'd searched so many dimes that if you piled them up flat on top of each other the stack would be 1.1 mile high. She said "you've got too much time on your hands".

LOL...you sure she didn't say you have too much dime on your hands?
I calculated my penny stack since you intrigued me with your dimes....I have a half mile high copper stack and all told I've looked at another half mile worth of zincs so far....I've also found 40 feet of wheaties to date....

Interesting Hags. How many "wheaties" would that mean? I have a 5 gal. water jar that is about half full of just "wheaties". Wonder how many ft. that would be. Probably about 16 of them in an inch figuring at 1/16" per each penny which translates to 192 per ft. So 40' high stack would be 7680 pennies or $76.80.
Also have you checked HOV lately. Up to $5.54 right now. My $2.75 entry is now a double.
The great wild silver hunt of 2012 is over. I'm happy to report that all goals were met and surpassed.
90% silver dimes--718 out of 1,183,050 searched ratio 1/1648
silver value 718 X 2.1904= $1572.71
90% silver quarter---1 X 5.476= $5.48
40% silver half dollars--265 X 4.4782 = $1186.72
90% silver half dollars--49 X 10.9521 = $536.65
80% Canada silver half--1 X 9.0839 = $9.08
Total for the year $3310.64 silver melt value , face value $229.55
Total number silver coins = 1034
2011 Total $1721.05. Two year total $5031.69.
My new goal is to find $10,000 in wild silver in 4 years, 2011-2014. It won't be easy. I'll be taking candy and flowers to the bank tellers for 2 more years.
I found the silver halfs at 36 different banks and credit unions within a 20 mile radius of my house. I have accounts ( some as little as $10) at 17 of the branch offices.
You can buy both gold and silver by investing in CEF. This closed end fund has sold at an average premium of 7.715% over the last 10 years, now selling around 1.19%
I know silver is way down. Has it bottomed or is it close to bottom? I just bought some 5 oz .999 pure U.S. ATB (America the Beautiful) coins for $128 each with free shipping. The dealers paid $180 each from the U.S. mint so they are taking a real bath. They were probably ordered months ago when silver was much higher. This is the lowest by far I've ever seen them priced. They are giant versions of the National Park quarters being circulated but in very small quantities around 20,000 only minted and cheaper than 5 one ounce American Silver Eagles.

Ahoy Billy....I think silver is still going lower...the chart looks very weak....the G/S ratio is looking favorable soon to sell your gold and buy all the silver you can with the proceeds.... I'm waiting till we hit a G/S of 75 to make my move...
Those Silver Eagles at Kitco are sure tempting...$22.50 each/100...a $4 premium, but that's pretty common now...even the 90% carries a premium...
Did you buy the numi version of those ATB coins or are they the non-numi coin dealer version? I own the first two years of those coins in the numi version...The mint plans to make those until 2022, I think there's 50 or 60 total coins planned.
I've had a nagging to buy some silver and gold stuff for a few months. Today's chart voodoo and market action is the catalyst to make it happen. SLW and IAG come to the top of my mind for something good to buy that should make great gains over the next year(s). Thoughts?
