MELA is also a speculative stock , but the charts look good .....and it is listed on the NASDAQ....and MOST IMPORTANT .....is that you can set a STOP. Going into any stock these days without a stop is like walking on to a shooting range with a target strapped to your back!

I looked at the stock news and it looked like a legit thing. not sure anymore after I read these replys. LOL

The stock may be legitimate, but the manipulating surrounding it certainly isn't. Just read the overcharged pumping in the mails you cite.

I can put out a press release that my farts smell like cherries when I eat a special product. But does it make it true? Ever hear of snake oil?

Don't take this the wrong way, but you have a spongy type thing underneath that hard shell between your shoulders... it can be used to help you make a reasonable conclusion on the validity of any claim.

Well i just woke up.. this is fourth day in a row it has gone up.. (27% this time). Do stock pumping last this long or grow this fast?

Also it is listed as a hot stock now under bloomberg 24/7 stock alerts.. do they show pumped stocks usually there?

I want people more knowledgeable than me possibly looking into this. not just dismissing it out of hand.

Edit: I see mrmarket is on, I would appreciate it if you helped a newbi look into this stock a bit to see there if there is anything there.

I looked into it. The product is hilarious. There is no news, apart from press announcements by the company itself. The way I see it, the co. had attracted venture capital (Bel Ea) and is now going public: the time for the initial investors to make money. Suspicious fact: there are only 218K shares outstanding. With the current price (<1$) that means manipulation heaven. I suspect that there are a lot of shares hanging over the market, but that information is "N/A". There also seem to be deals with penny stock "services" for "Investor Relation Services" for the company. The price mentioned there is hardly compensated for at the current market cap, especially considering that other "services" will have been contacted too.

I no longer think the stock may be legitimate.

It is perfectly possible to make money with shady stocks.

Stuck I assume that you are in the stock ........IF you are making a profit gradually sell some off until you are playing with their money .....or perhaps JUST SELL IT ALL ,TAKE PROFITS AND NEVER LOOK BACK!
