          UTRM scam?

I'm pretty sure this stock is a scam. The recent news is that it has acquired 50% ownership of Bel EA Co. But go to their website you get a big warning message that says they have made no partnership arraignments and the patents rights remain with the owners of Bel Ea Co.

I also looked into the patents and the liquid squeezebrush is patented to the owners of Bel Ea Co. Nowhere is there a mention of this Mr. Spinelli as being a stockholder in Bel Ea Co. as the press realeases have said in the past few days.

I hope you didn't invest too much with these guys.

UTRM has no rights to my patent

I am Brenda Dillingham, CEO of BelEa, Co and co-owner of the patent UTRM is spreading so much hype about.
            View it for yourself at:

I want to inform all of you of the fraudulent activity occurring in regards to this UTRM stock and Todd Spinelli. First of all, I NEVER transferred any rights to my patent, trademarks, website, or any copy to UTRM even tho they have cited and used it repeatedly. An 8-page color brochure was mailed via US Postal Service using my patent number 6,679,642, my copy, my website and everything else they could get their hands on to lure in unsuspecting investors.

I knew nothing about this brochure! I did not participate in any way toward the production or mailing of this brochure all over the US. I was informed by a recipient in California and he kindly overnighted it to me. Many people have lost money on this UTRM stock and have notified me as well. I have been instructed to have them email to this address: [email protected]. I am requesting that any of you who believe this is fraudulent stock activity or have been involved with this stock to send an email to the SEC. This will only strengthen my claim and put an end to yet another attempt to con investors out of their money. The price they spent on mailing 2.5 million of these brochures would have been more than enough to bring my product to market. This should tell you something.

I put the warning on my website before I even heard about the brochure but after I was certain UTRM and Todd Spinelli were posting false press releases to pump this stock up.

I appreciate your time and consideration in this matter.

              Dear Ms. Dillingham:
As an Intellectual Property professional, I am absolutely appalled at what has happened to you. I want you to know that I have taken the liberty of referring this matter to a Senior IP Partner in a very prestigious law firm with which I am associated. He has indicated to me that the firm may be interested in acting on your behalf after researching the details. Please PM me at this site and I will give you more information. Riverbabe

                Bel-Ea CEO

I just visited the USPTO (US Patent Office) website which Ms.Brenda Dillingham directed us to go and verify and they state that patent # 6679642 does not exist. Could you please explain. For those out there still confused visit the website and see for yourselves. There is a patent #5918995 which credits Juha-Pekka Puurunen as inventor of a toothbrush with pump. Could someone with more knowledge than me please help us to decide what the heck is going on here.
