    Wowzerz

WSBK is truly a HUGE pick- after CLSR, I was wondering what you could replace it with that could possibly be better, but as always, you continue to amaze me with these picks.

I'm sure you're tired of hearing the same thing every week, but congratulations on another HUGE pick, you are truly HUGE! What are you going to do with all the money you keep making?

    Go WSBK!

Well...I have 2 tickets to see Springsteen and friends this Friday. Another thing that makes me feel good to spend money on is charity.

        Confessions of a lurker

Since August I have been learning so much through your group. I believe I first saw you when you were buying DKS (another of your many huge picks). Through you and other posters I have gotten ideas and of course some stocks to further research. As part of my learning I create model portfolios and test different approaches. The best feeling I get is when there is an overlap from one approach to another and an idea is further supported and confirmed. So it was the day before you announced your Thanksgiving pick that I was going back over my models and identified four stocks alvr, brli, dks and wsbk that I hadn't looked at in 3 months and was thinking of buying. The cash was sitting in my account based on a limit sale the day I saw your pick. And so I am in. By the way in my model (unfortunately not real money) I bought wsbk at 18.15 on July 24.

A sincere thank you for moving beyond your yahoo group and reappearing in this forum. Meats and cheeses aplenty!!!

          Other points of view

Your forum is great in that you are very supportive of those who bring their different opinions and styles with them. The more the merrier. Stenzrob has emerged as a great resource for stocks to further evaluate and buy. In the last week I have seen two new joiners come in who have their own styles as well, IIC and ParkTwain. I thank ParkTwain here for his approach and teachings that he gave me back in the old Yahoo usergroup. I have made some great picks with his approach.

          Back history:
ParkTwain's Labor Day picks askj, lexr, mall, nceb, ntes, odfl, orbt, schn, scss and torm. I set up a model and the portfolio is up 15% in 2 weeks. Only mall 70%, schn 99% and lexr would still be held today as the others gave back their gains. Presently that same portfolio combined is up 17%

Lessons learned from cross reference: I really have come to appreciate the 15% rule for sales of stocks though I do not obey it always (I will let some stocks run like stenzrob does)

I think all members of this forum have their own styles and incorporate their own knowledge skill and comfort level when it comes to investing their hard earned money.

So I thathank the Huge One, Stenzrob, ParkTwain and all others who have led me to a path of confident, powerful and dynamic investing.

ParkTwain please start your own thread.

Make that 7%......and to think I didn't get in on this one. So many good stocks, so little resources.

You are not good, oh huge one........you are VERY good!
